Why has this blog been started? It's because there are two people's stories that it would be a shame to lose. One is a farmer's boy who became a Spitfire pilot and was denied access to Cambridge University for various reasons. The other is of a mother of 8 who had been adopted and then found out her history.
For reasons that will become obvious soon, the whole blog will have to remain as anonimised as possible. That doesn't mean that the content isn't true...
Oh - and the two people were married to each other...
For simplicity in the blog, I shall refer to them as N (female) and G (male)
